eCommerce Strategist - CRO, UX, Shopify (Agency)
eCommerce Strategist — CRO & UX We're hiring a sharp, data-driven Sr. eCommerce Strategist to lead client engagements across the Shopify ecosystem. You'll turn data into hypotheses, hypotheses into experiments, and experiments into measurable revenue growth. What you'll do
- Lead strategy for DTC eCommerce brands — discovery, CRO engagements, retainers, and consulting.
- Own the analysis: user testing, customer surveys, journey mapping, competitive audits, and quantitative data deep-dives.
- Drive CRO — identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and partner with UX and Engineering to test and ship improvements.
- Run A/B tests end-to-end and translate learnings into clear roadmap recommendations.
- Collaborate with UX, Design, and Tech to keep strategy connected through to delivery.
- Present insights and recommendations with clarity to both clients and internal teams.
What you'll bring
- Strong background in eCommerce (Shopify) strategy with hands-on CRO and experimentation experience.
- Proficiency in GA4 and eCommerce analytics — you can go from raw data to prioritised actions.
- Experience partnering with UX, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely or similar) is a plus.
