Greet and welcome visitors to Purdue University in a professional and friendly manner. Provide administrative support to graduate programs, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing events. Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for meetings, conferences, and other events. Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth operation of administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Utilize various software programs and systems to complete tasks and maintain records. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Contribute to the positive image and reputation of Purdue University through professional and courteous interactions. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the institution. Adhere to all university policies and procedures. Display a positive attitude and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Uphold the values and mission of Purdue University. Take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing any issues or challenges. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
