Nonprofit Bookkeeper Wanted for York, PA organization.
Hello, we are Noble Collective (www. noblecollective.org), a very small nonprofit in York, PA looking for bookkeeping & other accounting-related assistance. The ideal candidate would be in PA, but we are open to other locations in Eastern time zone as well. We use Quickbooks Online & Patriot Software for (full service) payroll. We are looking for someone with experience with nonprofits (and churches too, ideally). We would be looking for help filing our 990-N at year-end as well, plus managing grants and projects in QBO. There is opportunity to also provide bookkeeping services for a local church in York, PA if this goes well. We are part of both entities and the bookkeeper we had been using decided to get out of consulting and go full-time with a church. Our current bookkeeper has typically put in about 10-20 hours per quarter, to give you a feel for the time commitment. If you have experience with grants / grant writing, that would be an added bonus, as our nonprofit could use some help in this area as well. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
