Sales / Brand Representative (Task-Based, On-Site – US Tech Events)
About the Role
We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Sales / Brand Representative to represent our company at tech events hosted by Independent Vendor (IDV) organizations across the United States. This is a task-based, on-site role , ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, engaging with people, and promoting innovative technology products. You will act as the face of our brand at events—building awareness, generating leads, and creating meaningful connections with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend assigned
tech events, conferences, and meetups organized by IDV companies
- Engage with event attendees to introduce and explain our product offerings
- Confidently answer questions and communicate product value propositions
- Distribute company information and marketing materials
- Collect attendee details (leads) and ensure accurate data capture
- Log and manage all collected leads in
HubSpot CRM
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain a strong, positive presence at events
- Share feedback and insights from events with the internal team
Requirements
- Prior experience in
sales, brand promotion, or event marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn and explain product features and benefits
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, especially
HubSpot CRM , is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail in lead collection and reporting
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel locally for events
Nice to Have
- Experience working at
tech or SaaS events
- Background in B2B sales or lead generation
- Interest in technology products and startups
