Assistant Actuary - Modeling - Hybrid - Life
Description Our client is looking for someone that can build and maintain actuarial models, support product design and pricing, and ensure accuracy of systems used for calculations and illustrations. Collaborate across teams and provide actuarial insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain actuarial models for product pricing Research industry practices and regulatory requirements Support product filings and contract development Perform modeling and analysis for actuarial certifications Maintain processes for crediting rates and dividends Ensure accuracy of illustration software Collaborate with IT and vendors on actuarial systems Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field ASA designation 3+ years of actuarial experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and MG-ALFA Effective communication skills Work Setup & Benefits (General): Full-time, hybrid schedule with significant in-office presence. 401k with match.
