Position Summary We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on growing our community of dental practices through education, software solutions, and support services. You’ll build strong relationships with prospective clients, guide them through our offerings, and help them implement solutions that lead to long-term success in dental sleep medicine and medical billing.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of dental practices interested in dental sleep medicine, TMJ, and medical billing solutions Consult with dentists, office managers, and team members to recommend appropriate Nierman services and products Conduct product demos and discovery calls to highlight the benefits of DentalWriter, CE programs, and billing services. Follow up on leads from webinars, courses, events, and marketing campaigns Attend trade shows, conferences, and CE events to support attendees and close new business Collaborate with the marketing, training, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding Accurately track activities and opportunities in the CRM Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, account management focusing mostly in dental sleep medicine industry preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for helping clients succeed and grow Ability to work independently and as part of a team Tech-savvy with comfort in presenting via Zoom and using CRM tools
