Oversee the daily operations of the technology operations and billing support teams. Ensure the smooth functioning of all technology systems and processes in support of AIG's global operations. Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their technology needs and provide timely solutions. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of technology operations and billing processes. Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve AIG's systems and processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to technology operations and billing. Communicate complex technical concepts and updates to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Handle any escalated issues or challenges related to technology operations and billing support in a timely and efficient manner. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments. Identify and implement training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical and professional skills. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members. Collaborate with other technology teams within AIG to ensure alignment and consistency across systems and processes. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the technology operations and billing support teams.
