About Shoreline Counseling, LLC Shoreline was built on the belief that quality mental health care should feel human, compassionate, and accessible. We serve individuals and families throughout Oregon and beyond with therapy, medication management, and assessment services. We care deeply about our community, our clients, and our team. You may be speaking with someone anxious, overwhelmed, uncertain, or finally ready to ask for help after a long time. You’ll help new clients move smoothly through the intake process, answer questions, coordinate scheduling, and ensure they feel cared for from day one. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for prospective and new clients
- Guide clients through intake paperwork and onboarding steps
- Answer questions with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
- Maintain accurate client information in electronic systems
- Communicate with providers and internal team members to keep processes moving smoothly
- Protect confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards at all times
- Help create an organized, calm, supportive client experience
- Attend and Participate in Weekly Meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical scheduling
- Experience with intake coordination, front desk, reception, or client support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying kind and steady
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with systems such as SimplePractice, Epic, Meditech or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems, and task platforms such as Asana
- A service-minded person who genuinely cares about helping others
- Bilingual: Spanish a +
