Mental Health Professional (Family & Couples Therapy) – Flexible Schedule Location: Remote or Hybrid (based on practice needs/location) Job Type: Contract / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible) Schedule: Evenings & Weekends Required Compensation:

• $30/hour – Unlicensed (must be registered with insurance panels)
• $35/hour – Licensed Providers

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to families, couples, and young children
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based and developmentally appropriate interventions
• Manage and grow a caseload with availability during evenings and weekends

QualificationsUnlicensed Clinicians

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Registered with insurance panels (or eligible and willing to become credentialed)
• Actively working toward licensure

Licensed Clinicians

• Active license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience with family and/or couples therapy
• Experience working with children strongly preferred
