- Earning potential up to $1M
- Flexible scheduling: Choose-your-own-hour remote shifts, partial shift coverage, or pop-off valve coverage

- No overnight call: Covered by dedicated internal nighthawks. Optional night shifts available with premium pay
- Home workstation provided, with full IT support from both practice and hospital
