Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient PT care in the patient’s home
- Create and follow individualized care plans
- Manage your own schedule via Luna’s platform
- Practice at the top of your license with autonomy
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Able to travel within your selected coverage area
- Comfort with mobile, in-home outpatient care
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Nice-to-haves
- Only licensed physical therapists will be considered for the position
