Occupational Therapist (OT) – Adult Home Care Salary & Highlights
- Evaluation Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per Initial Evaluation
- Follow-up Rate: $44.00 – $50.00 per visit
- Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2,000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employment)
- Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $5,000 annually
- Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Home Care)

The Role We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives on seeing real-world progress. You will play a vital role in empowering independence for adult and senior populations through:
- Meaningful Assessments: Evaluating functional abilities and ADLs in a natural environment to create practical treatment plans.
- Creative Interventions: Using evidence-based techniques to address neurological, musculoskeletal, and age-related challenges.
- Home Innovation: Identifying and implementing home modifications and adaptive tools to improve safety and accessibility.
- Family Partnership: Acting as a bridge for families, providing the education and resources necessary to support their loved ones.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

- The Advantage: Prior experience in home care is a major plus, but a "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
