Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
Job Requirements: Its Mine Movement mission is to help the BIPOC community break the cycle of trauma. We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and dedicated PA Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Candidates must have an active PA state license to render service as a Pre-Licensed Clinician, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, LDAC. Must reside and/or be licensed in PA
- Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, including addictive disorders
- Provide direct therapy to clients in individual and group settings (this may include interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapy)
- Meet with patients to determine their status
- Develop a course of therapy for treatment
- Meet with patients regularly and provide them with the tools they need to overcome their issues
- Provide references to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a similar field
- PA State counseling license
- Clinical experience (two years preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills
