Senior EMDR Therapist & LCSW Supervisor (Infertility/Postpartum) REMOTE

This is a remote position but applicants must live in California AND be licensed in California. Reproductive Mental Health and Wellness (www.reproductivetherapy.com) specializes in working with clients who struggle with infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy stress, birth trauma, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. We are looking to welcome licensed psychotherapists to our group practice to provide individual and couples therapy. We will take care of all insurance credentialing, referrals, and billing so you can focus on giving excellent care to your clients. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide psychotherapy sessions via teletherapy (secure video chat)
• Provide supervision to up to 3 associates
• Effectively create and carry out treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Complete therapy notes within 24 hours of completing a session
• Report sessions to our billing department daily
• Maintain current license to practice in California
• Adhere to ethical standards required by our field

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Active California licensure as an LCSW
• EMDR Training complete with at least 10 hours of consultation
• Masters or Doctorate degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 year post degree experience as a psychotherapist
• Compassionate, calm demeanor
• Adaptable and flexible personality with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Desire to work with Infertility/postpartum/perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
• Willing to work 25 hours per week or more*

• This job will grow in hours over the course of 2-6 months as we build your caseload and add you to our insurance contracts. This position will eventually work 25-35 hours per week. We Provide:

• This position has a clinical rate and an admin rate. The clinical rate starts is $65-$80 per hour and is paid for face to face time with clients plus supervision. The admin rate is $16.85 and is earned for all other time worked.
