Position: Social Work Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$55/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use day-to-day. Include case notes, assessments, service plans, referrals, progress reports, grant/outcome reports, program narratives, and email threads. Represent platforms like Apricot (Bonterra), Salesforce Nonprofit, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
- Design multi-step tasks grounded in your real workflows. Require navigation of multiple apps, files, and stakeholders to meaningfully challenge frontier AI agents.
- Collaborate with other social-work experts to design the environment, shape task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for social-services agent benchmarks.
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of full-time experience at a large hospital system, county DHS/DCF, or major nonprofit/behavioral-health organization.
- Day-to-day use of Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot (Bonterra), DocuSign, and SharePoint/Box.
- Strong analytical thinking and writing. Able to translate social-work practice into structured task specs.
Preferred
- LCSW/LMSW/equivalent state licensure strongly preferred.
- Background in clinical/medical social work, child/adult protective services, school social work, juvenile-justice social work, macro social work, or substance-use/mental-health program operations.
Compensation & Legal
- This project will transition from an effective hourly rate to a model based on throughput of quality work.
