About Serene Healthcare Staffing Serene Healthcare Staffing is a fast-growing healthcare staffing agency serving Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health, and Hospitals across Washington and beyond. We specialize in rapid staffing solutions, placing CNA, LPN, and RN professionals into shifts and contracts. Position Overview We are hiring Healthcare Recruiters to source, screen, and credential clinicians for immediate placement. This is a commission-only, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and consistent demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Source CNA, LPN, RN candidates using Indeed, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Contact candidates via phone, SMS, and email
- Pre-screen candidates (license, availability, location)
- Collect and verify credentialing documents
- Submit ready-to-work clinicians for placement
Compensation
- CNA: $60 per approved clinician
- LPN: $90
- RN: $125
- Allied Health: $60 - $200
- Activation Bonus: $40-$75 after first completed shift
- Weekly volume bonuses available
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone + texting required)
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to come to Lynnwood office at least once per week
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience
- Customer service, call center, or sales background
