[Hiring] Dental Trainer @Children's Dental FunZone
Role Description We are looking for an exceptional Dental Trainer to join our growing team! If you're passionate about developing talent, enjoy teaching others, and have a strong background in dental operations, we'd love to hear from you.
- Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and current team members
- Train employees on dental office systems, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient communication
- Develop and update training materials, guides, presentations, and resources
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Support managers and team leaders with performance development initiatives
- Identify training gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality
- Ensure team members understand company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to align training goals with business needs
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports
Qualifications
- Previous dental industry experience (Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, Front Office, or similar role)
- Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental office workflows and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable leading virtual meetings and training sessions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the company
Requirements
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)
- Compensation: $15.00 – $25.00/hour
