Coordinate and manage the enrollment process for research studies at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Work closely with patients, physicians, and researchers to ensure timely and accurate enrollment. Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain detailed and up-to-date records of patient information and study progress. Develop and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and researchers to promote enrollment and participation in research studies. Conduct patient screenings and provide necessary information on research studies to potential participants. Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, and researchers to facilitate communication and ensure smooth enrollment process. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations related to research studies. Collaborate with the research team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and improving patient recruitment. Monitor and track enrollment progress and provide regular updates to the research team. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and researchers. Attend training sessions and stay updated on current research protocols and procedures. Participate in meetings and discussions related to research studies as needed. Assist in the preparation of study materials and documents, including consent forms and protocols. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions related to research studies.
