Lead Technical Artist, Games Studio

At Netflix, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Technical Artist to join our Games Studio team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and creative group of professionals focused on developing games that entertain, engage, and excite our worldwide audience.As the Lead Technical Artist, you will be responsible for managing the technical art aspect of game development, from concept to launch. You will be expected to collaborate with multiple teams, including programming, design, and art, to ensure the technical art assets are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical art background, a passion for game development, and a drive to push the boundaries of game art. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in art, computer science, game development, or a related field is preferred.If you are a creative and innovative thinker with a passion for gaming and a strong technical art background, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Manage the technical art aspect of game development, from concept to launch. Use creativity and innovation to come up with new ideas and solutions. Maintain up to date knowledge of game art trends and technologies. Provide feedback on game development progress.
