Job Title: Residential Revit Drafter (U.S. Homes – Construction Drawings + BIM) ________________________________________ Job Description: We are a Texas-based home builder (RAMVAR Homes) focused on structurally sound, high-quality residential construction. We are looking for an experienced Revit drafter/architect to support ongoing projects including: •Custom homes
- Spec homes (2,500+ sqft)
- High-end residential detailing
________________________________________ Scope of Work:
- Convert sketches/PDFs into full Revit models
- Produce permit-ready construction drawings:
o Floor plans o Elevations o Sections o Roof plans
- Basic structural coordination (beams, columns, spans)
- Cabinet layouts
- Redline revisions
________________________________________ Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Strong experience with Autodesk Revit
- Experience with U.S. residential construction standards
- Ability to produce clean, organized sheet sets
- Understanding of:
o Framing basics o Roof systems o Foundation layouts ________________________________________ BONUS (HIGHLY PREFERRED):
- Experience with Texas / U.S. codes
- Knowledge of structural elements (LVL, steel beams, spans)
- Experience with modern farmhouse / Mediterranean styles / Modern Cottage
- Rendering tools like Enscape or V-Ray

- Starting: $20–$40/hr (based on experience)
