## The opportunity Lead the delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services products Define and articulate detailed product requirements, supported by business analysis and stakeholder input Produce clear documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flows Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicate product vision, and maintain a transparent roadmap Continuously improve the crypto funding client experience (CX) through structured experimentation and insights Support and enhance mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance Support the development of 0-1 product initiatives, from ideation to execution Leverage data to drive prioritization, monitor product performance, and iterate toward improved outcomes ## Skills you should HODL 3-5 years of product management experience 1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domains Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling you consider yourself a crypto native Proficiency in data analysis, applying a metrics-driven approach to guide decision making Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution ability Ability to operate strategically while managing details effectively Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
