Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
