It starts with the schedule. This is a Scheduling Coordinator role focused on home care scheduling, not just filling shifts. It is about making sure every client receives care when they expect it and every caregiver is set up to succeed. You are the connector, the problem solver, and the one who keeps everything steady when things get unpredictable. What You Will Be Responsible For Own the schedule completely Build and manage schedules at least two weeks in advance while handling daily changes in real time Make the right matches Pair caregivers and clients based on skill, personality, location, and consistency, not just availability Handle the unexpected with confidence Manage call outs, emergencies, and last minute needs quickly and effectively Communicate clearly and consistently Keep caregivers, clients, and the office informed so no one is left guessing Set caregivers up for success Ensure they have the right information and expectations before each shift Support the bigger picture Assist with onboarding, retention insights, and coordination across the team What We Are Looking For This is not an entry level position. Prior home care scheduling experience is required.
