Description: Hybrid 4 in either Pittsburgh, PA, Lake Mary, FL Our client is a global investments company that provides investment management and investment services across 35 countries. The organization serves institutions, corporations, and individual investors with capabilities spanning custody, trading, technology, data, and advisory solutions. Its Pershing business supports broker-dealers and advisors with clearing, custody, and integrated solutions. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $68.00 to $78.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support efficient enterprise monitoring solutions and tools for a large complex environment.
  • Identify and deliver improvements to existing monitoring tools, alerting, and processes.
  • Develop code to integrate monitoring platforms with the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business goals effectively.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years with enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Orion, NetScout, or Prometheus.
  • 3+ years of development experience using Golang, Java, or Python.
  • Linux and Windows administration experience.
  • Understanding of Agile and other development processes and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated cross-team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge managing Git repositories and workflows using Bitbucket, GitHub, or AWS CodeCommit (preferred).
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Apache Kafka or IBM MQ (preferred).
