Child Therapist (Remote, 1099) – PANS/PANDAS Training + Flexible Schedule

Work with children (under 14) with complex needs. Specialized training in PANS/PANDAS. Flexible schedule, strong referrals, supportive team. Position Overview Mental Fitness C.R.E.W. (Center for Resilience, Empowerment & Wellness) is hiring a _fully remote 1099 therapist_ to work with children under age 14 who have experience and/or interest in _receiving specialized training in PANS/PANDAS_ and working closely with caregivers. The practice owner, Joelle Kekhoua, is actively involved in global professional efforts to advance mental health care in neuroimmune disorders. This role offers clinicians the opportunity to learn and grow within a practice aligned with evolving knowledge in this area.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain ethical and professional standards
• Manage schedule through EHR
• Collaborate with team and referral partners

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling-related field
• Must be licensed to practice in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or LLPC (new graduates are accepted & supervision is included)
• Willingness to train in PANS/PANDAS
• Availability after school or weekends
• Liability insurance ($1M/$3M)
• Clean licensing history

Preferred

• EMDR, ERP, or DBT training
• Experience with complex/high-needs populations
• Chronic illness experience (PANS/PANDAS, Lyme, etc.)
• Existing caseload/referral sources
