Sponsorship Sales Representative, Creator Community (Commission Only, 1099, Remote)
VueReka operates Margin, a media brand for YouTube creators. Margin manages one of the largest active YouTube creator communities on Facebook: 278,000 members, growing 3,400 per week, with 12,000 daily active members. Our audience is serious YouTube creators actively buying tools, software, gear, and services to grow their channels. Brands like Descript, CapCut, Epidemic Sound, and Opus Clip are our ideal sponsors. About the role We are contracting for one to two part-time or full-time, commission-only sales representatives to sell sponsorship packages to creator economy brands. This is remote, 1099 contract work in media sales and brand partnerships. You will own the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching rate cards, closing, and managing renewals. Sponsorship packages range from $750 to $5,000 per month, with upsells for email placements and Facebook Live. This is a ground-floor opportunity as the program scales, with meaningful upside for reps who bring their own network and pipeline from day one.
Responsibilities
- Prospect brands in creator tools, video editing SaaS, AI software, music licensing, legal, and camera gear
- Run discovery calls with Creator Partnerships Managers, Growth Marketing Leads, and Heads of Marketing
- Present rate cards and close three to five new sponsors per month at an average deal size of $1,500 to $3,000 MRR
- Manage your own pipeline from cold outreach to signed contract
- Support sponsors through creative approval, post scheduling, and monthly reporting
- Coordinate with our admin team on execution
- Build renewable accounts. Retention matters as much as new business.

Realistic expectations This is a commission-only role. You will not earn anything if you do not close deals. We are being direct because commission-only sales is not for everyone, and we would rather save your time if the math does not fit your goals.
- Year one is typically 50 to 70 percent of steady-state earnings as you build your book
- Strong performers closing four to five deals per month consistently can earn six figures by year two
- Average performers earn $30K to $50K
- There is a natural ceiling based on monthly sponsorship inventory: 8 to 10 English sponsored posts per day, plus 5 to 7 India-targeted posts per day. Top performers will share inventory as the team grows. We can rotate accounts and territories as needed.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in media sales, SaaS sales, partnerships, or creator economy business development
- Proven track record of closing deals in the $1,000 to $10,000 monthly value range
- Existing network of contacts in creator economy, SaaS marketing, or partnership teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Prospects are brand marketers in the US, UK, Canada, India, and Pakistan.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, cold email platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You provide your own tools.
- Self-directed with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Legally able to work as a 1099 contractor in your country of residence
