• Must have strong investment domain experience working with UI/UX teams focusing on a great user experience, Wireframing ideally with Figma. Systems and Data analysis experience is a HUGE plus!
• Passion for digital innovation and enhancing client experience through technology
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital client experience projects, within investment management or financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge of client investment operations, portfolio management, or outsourced investment officer services.
• Demonstrated ability to work beyond traditional requirements gathering by actively engaging stakeholders to identify client needs and co-create digital solutions.
• Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to deliver user centric digital platforms.
• Wireframing experience (ideally with Figma) is a solid plus!
• Hands on experience with FactSet-style wireframe constructed in Figma is a strong plus
• Experience with data visualization tools or investment analytics platforms is a plus
