## What you'll be doing: Work with the spot team to develop and maintain risk management tools to help with the daily operations of the desk Help in flow management and execution of customer requests Provide trade support for the team when needed, which includes working post Asia hours and weekends Help with the setup of the Asset-Liability-Management (ALM) operations Reviewing funding needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management Analysing and reporting appropriate hedging and funding activities and strategies and manage assets on our balance sheet efficiently Cash and liquidity management through cash flow / digital token planning and forecasting ## What we're looking for: Possess a degree in technical field 0 - 2 year working experience in trading roles(sell side, buy side, quant) preferred Strong programming skills in Python Ability to work in high volume and volatile environment Able to commit to rotational and shift work Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and positive attitude Passionate about crypto, industry experience would be an advantage
