Compensation
Package: This role is built around a 100% commission model with transparent fees. You choose between two simple monthly options: Program 1: No Monthly Fee
- Includes weekly training webinar and video archive
- Includes paperless transaction management and E&O
- Transaction fees and rules below apply
Program 2: $99 per month
- Everything in Program 1
- Adds IDX MLS-connected agent website plus CRM
Transaction fees and splits
- Purchase or listing: $498 flat fee per side for transactions under $1,000,000
- For each additional $1,000,000 in home price, the flat fee increases by $1,000
- Residential leases and or referrals: 90/10 split per side
- Company-provided leads: 50/50 split
- File review fees: $150 per sale file, $75 per lease transaction
- Purchases and listing transactions paid from escrow
