Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) – Private Practice Associate

This role is designed for the clinician who wants to focus entirely on their clinical development and identity as they move toward full licensure, while we handle the administrative heavy lifting. - Clinical Hours: Build toward your 2,000 hours with a curated caseload of high-achieving professional clients.
- Specialized Supervision: Receive direct, high-level clinical supervision from an experienced LPC, specifically tailored to meet Colorado DORA requirements for licensure.
- Professional Growth: Our goal is to mentor you in our practice's high-standard clinical framework, offering a clear path to transition into senior roles or enhanced compensation tracks as you reach full licensure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Clinical Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 per session hour.
- Taxes Handled: As a W2 employer, the practice manages all federal and state payroll tax withholdings (Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment), ensuring your take-home pay is predictable.
- AI-Powered Admin: We provide state-of-the-art AI documentation tools to significantly reduce your administrative burden, keeping you focused on deep clinical work with your clients.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold an active Colorado LPCC registration.
- Supervisory Alignment: Must be on the LPC licensure track.
- Professional Liability Insurance: Must maintain an active individual professional liability (malpractice) insurance policy with minimum coverage of $1M/$3M.
- Schedule: Minimum of 5 clinical hours per week, with a heavy focus on late afternoon, evening, or weekend sessions to meet the needs of our professional clientele.
- Identity: A desire to eventually transition into private practice and a commitment to building a niche professional brand.
- Tech: Private, HIPAA-compliant space for remote sessions and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
