Sourcing Strategy & Execution Leader
Job Description:
- Drive execution rigor and accountability across all sub-functions
- Establish and lead daily management (DM) and operating cadences
- Ensure consistent delivery against KPIs, PPIs, and business targets
- Identify execution gaps and drive corrective actions to closure
- Embed a culture of ownership, follow-through, and performance excellence
- Develop and maintain clear, actionable dashboards to track performance
- Provide visibility into risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive mitigation
- Standardize metrics, reporting, and performance management tools
- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans and actions
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure delivery of outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to the Services & Sourcing Leader
- Manage leadership priorities, calendar, powerpoint presentations and key communications
- Ensure alignment and clarity across teams on priorities and messaging
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Drive adoption of standard work, Lean principles, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, sourcing, procurement, project management, or business operations
- Ability and willingness to travel domestic & internationally 25% of the time
- Must comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies
