Corporate Paralegal (Entity & Fund Formation Experience)

The Position A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support coverage for a team member leave. This role sits within a private funds environment and focuses on corporate governance work tied to entity management and transaction execution. In this role, you will support the formation and maintenance of legal entities, assist with transaction closings, and respond to Know Your Customer (KYC) and other regulatory requests related to counterparties and investments. You will also maintain and update structure charts and legal documentation, helping ensure accuracy and organization across a high volume of workstreams. The position blends substantive legal support with coordination and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience working with private fund structures, either at a large law firm with fund formation experience or in-house at an alternative investment firm. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Targeting an ASAP start, 40 hours/week, for an estimated 3-month duration. This role is fully remote. Candidates local to Denver or New York are a strong plus. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $52 and $57. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
