Trial Ready, Defense, Products Liability Paralegal
Note: This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at the Los Angeles, CA office. Note: You must have at least 4 years of litigation experience (defense preferred) and either a Paralegal Certificate or a Bachelor's Degree. Job Description
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Support attorneys in discovery, depositions, subpoenas, and document review
- Maintain organized electronic case files using a document management system
- Prepare and manage exhibits, subpoenas, and trial materials
- Analyze and summarize medical records and litigation data
- Travel as needed to attend trials and support legal teams onsite
Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a defense firm
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with client billing practices and time entry
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel nationwide for trial support
