LO role is not a typical loan officer job. There is no cold calling. No chasing realtors. No grinding for referrals. Our Sales Manager coaches you. That is the whole job. Here is what nobody tells you about this model. Every warm lead that becomes a buyer is already working with a real estate agent. When you close that loan cleanly, that agent just watched you perform on a deal they cared about. No cold outreach. No relationship theater. The referral database builds itself through the work. We do not care how many agents you know. We care how good you are when someone actually wants to talk. The comp: 1099, no cap, no ceiling. 80-120 bps per loan on team leads.
