Assess and analyze risks: As a Property Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating the potential risks associated with insuring properties in Italy. This will involve conducting thorough research and analysis to determine the likelihood of potential losses and the appropriate insurance coverage needed. Develop underwriting strategies: You will use your expertise and knowledge of the Italian insurance market to develop effective underwriting strategies. This will involve considering various factors such as market trends, regulations, and the specific needs of clients. Support portfolio growth: A key responsibility of this role will be to support the growth of our property insurance portfolio in Italy. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and brokers, and ensuring timely and accurate underwriting decisions. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather information, explain underwriting decisions, and negotiate terms and conditions.
