Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of a well-established, mission-driven organization in Philadelphia. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the flexibility to move to a hybrid schedule after 90 days. You will help keep financials on track by handling invoices, reconciliations, and month-end support, while ensuring everything is accurate, organized, and audit-ready. What You'll Do:
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
What They're Looking For:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
