Reports To: Recruiting Manager Elite365 is hiring! This is a remote role that focuses on clinician sourcing, candidate relationship management, and placement production within a portfolio of healthcare staffing opportunities. Role Overview Elite365 is hiring for a Therapy Recruiting role. The Therapy Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing therapy clinicians including Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), and therapy assistants into travel assignments with healthcare clients. This role partners closely with Account Managers to align clinician supply with client demand, ensuring open job orders are filled efficiently and clinicians are successfully placed into assignments. The Therapy Recruiter serves as the primary relationship owner for clinicians throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach through placement and assignment completion. Success in this role is measured through clinician placements, Travelers on Assignment (TOA), Net Weeks Booked, retention, and consistent development of a strong clinician pipeline. Core Responsibilities Clinician Sourcing and Recruitment Identify and recruit qualified therapy clinicians using job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and outbound outreach strategies. Candidate Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians during the recruiting process and assignment placement. Job Matching and Submissions Partner with Account Managers to align clinician candidates with open job orders. Present qualified clinicians for opportunities and coordinate submissions through internal systems. Interview and Placement Coordination Coordinate interviews between clinicians and healthcare facilities. Manage offer communication, start date confirmation, and placement logistics in collaboration with internal teams. Traveler Engagement and Retention Maintain consistent communication with clinicians throughout assignments to support retention, future placements, and long-term recruiter clinician relationships. Collaboration with Account Management Work closely with Account Managers to prioritize open job orders, align candidate supply with client demand, and support strong fill ratios across assigned accounts. Pipeline Development Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of therapy clinicians to ensure consistent candidate availability for current and future opportunities. Recruiting Activity Management Track recruiting activity including outreach, submissions, interviews, and placements within the ATS to maintain visibility into pipeline and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role
  • Strong candidate sourcing and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clinician relationships and recruiting pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on placements and production
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Salesforce, Target Recruit, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting therapy clinicians including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA
  • Familiarity with travel healthcare staffing models
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and onboarding processes
  • Experience supporting clinicians through travel assignments

Early Success Milestones First 30 Days

  • Learn internal recruiting systems, workflows, and clinician qualification standards
  • Build an initial pipeline of therapy clinicians through sourcing and outreach
  • Begin submitting qualified candidates to open job orders in partnership with Account Managers

First 60 Days

  • Develop active clinician relationships and maintain consistent outreach activity
  • Support interviews and placements within assigned job opportunities
  • Expand clinician pipeline across therapy disciplines

First 90 Days

  • Establish consistent placement activity
  • Maintain an engaged pipeline of therapy clinicians ready for submission
  • Contribute to growth in Travelers on Assignment (TOA) and Net Weeks Booked through successful clinician placements
