Position Summary: HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist / Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across our clinical and corporate teams—including imaging, genetics, and colon cancer screening—while supporting core HR functions such as benefits administration, HRIS updates, payroll changes, leave management, and employee relations. This remote role is ideal for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys balancing talent acquisition with employee experience and operational HR support. Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist (80%)
- Serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging start
- Manage workers’ compensation and support leave administration in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
- Partner with leadership and HR team members to strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Assist in the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Support HR initiatives and projects aligned with HALO Dx’s growth and mission-driven culture
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries and assist with plan administration
Recruiting (20%):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance for clinical and corporate roles
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in radiology, oncology, genetics, and related specialties
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide market insight, and drive efficient hiring processes
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and deliver a high-quality, responsive candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of HR and recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare recruiting
- Strong working knowledge of multi-state leave laws (e.g., CA, NY, CT) and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting employee benefits and responding to plan-related inquiries
- Solid foundation in HR best practices and employment law, with hands-on experience in employee relations, onboarding, and leave management
- Experience in radiology, oncology, genetics, or other clinical environments strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
