Date: Tuesday, April 7 Arrival: 11:15 a.m. (no later) Event Start: 11:45 a.m. sharp Business: Carpetland USA (Sycamore location) This is a live ribbon-cutting ceremony — punctuality is critical. Scope of Work We’re looking for clean, high-quality b-roll coverage including: - Ribbon cutting ceremony moment - Establishing exterior shots of the location - Crowd shots, smiling faces, and community interaction - Team members and leadership moments - Branded elements (logos, signage, materials) - Interior showroom b-roll (quick walkthrough-style shots) Note: No interviews or audio capture required — this is strictly visual b-roll footage.
