Videographer/Editor Needed for Urology Conference
We are looking for a local Washington, D.C.-based videographer to help capture content for Viscera Health during the American Urological Association conference. This would likely be a one-day shoot at or around the conference venue. We are looking for someone who can capture high-quality video content that can be used for social media, website content, investor updates, and future marketing. We are a healthcare technology company focused on AI tools for urology. The ideal person should be comfortable filming in a professional medical conference environment and able to move quickly without needing heavy direction throughout the day. We are primarily looking for a videographer. If you are also comfortable capturing still photography during the day, that would be a plus, but video is the priority. What we need filmed We are looking for a mix of polished and candid content, including: B-roll of our team at the conference B-roll of the conference environment, booth areas, walking shots, conversations, and networking moments Short interviews with our internal team Short interviews or testimonials with urologists/doctors, if available Behind-the-scenes footage of our team engaging with physicians and discussing the product Natural, candid moments that show energy, credibility, and momentum Potential short social media clips from the event The goal is not just basic event documentation. We want someone who can help us capture the energy, credibility, and physician interest around Viscera Health at the AUA conference. The content should help tell the story of our company, our team, and the problem we are solving in urology. Deliverables we are considering Raw footage from the day Clean interview audio A short 60–90 second recap video Several short vertical clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Basic color correction and audio cleanup Optional: same-day or next-day teaser clip, if available Optional: a small set of still photos from the day, if photography is part of your skill set We are open to discussing the final deliverables based on your experience, workflow, and rate. Additional note If the fit is right, we would like to have you meet with our head of marketing before the conference so we can align on the creative direction, key shots, interview style, and overall goals for the day. We do not need an overly complicated production.
