Job Description: Qualifications that we are seeking in new EBA Generalists are: Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation Excellent written and verbal communication Experience eliciting requirements in both waterfall and agile methodologies Prefer experience working in agile on a project or product team where they wrote epics, user stories, etc. Self-motivated and Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple assignments Healthcare knowledge / experience Proficient in MS Office suite, JIRA and GRID This is a high-priority requirement.
