System Administrator ( TIRKS Admin, WFAC Admin, SOAC Admin )

Greetings, This role is very urgent and needs to be filled today. Position: System Administrator ( TIRKS Admin, WFAC Admin, SOAC Admin ) Location : REMOTE Duration: 12+ Months Contract Application admin roles, not users, so they need to know how to manage user access, administer the tables, etc Client Note: Specifically, we need someone with Ericsson / Telcordia TIRKS, WFA-C, SOAC administration capabilities. This telecom platform is used by Tier carriers. We need someone who understands application-level administration of these platforms, including user support, Order fallout support, configuration table updates, etc. 3 different roles ; TIRKS Admin: Circuit layout, cable records, facility assignment. Primary Focus: Network Inventory & Circuit Provisioning. TIRKS is typically the system of record for physical network assets (cables, trunks, DLCs) and logical circuits (DS0, DS1, DS3). WFA-C Admin: Schedule management, tech routing, appointment compliance. Primary Focus: Dispatch & Technician Management. WFAC is generally a workforce management system that handles the "last mile" of service delivery-getting a technician to the customer's location. SOAC Admin: Service order translation, switch integration, mechanization. Primary Focus: Service Order Flow-Through. SOAC historically acted as the "middleware" between the Service Order entry system (e.g., legacy CSR system) and the switch translations or loop treatment systems.
