Your expertise will drive the success of our digital platforms and enhance user experiences across diverse projects. Duties

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of backend web services and APIs using technologies such as ASP.NET, WCF, RESTful APIs, and microservices frameworks.
• Design and implement database solutions utilizing SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and PL/SQL to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Develop and maintain front-end components with React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices to create engaging user interfaces.
• Collaborate in Agile development environments using tools like TFS, GitHub, SVN, and Git for version control; participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Implement unit testing strategies to ensure code quality and reliability across all deliverables; utilize Visual Studio, Eclipse, or similar IDEs for development tasks.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs such as SOAP-based web services or custom RESTful APIs to extend application functionality.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of backend systems; ensure security standards are met through best practices in authentication and authorization.
• Lead technical discussions using UML diagrams and system design documentation to facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins to streamline release cycles.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge on software development lifecycle (SDLC), OOP principles, multithreading techniques, and modern frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Node.js.

Skills

• Proven experience in web development with a strong focus on backend technologies such as ASP.NET , C#, WCF, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in front-end development frameworks including React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript along with HTML/CSS for UI creation.
• Deep understanding of database design principles for Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL; experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework is essential.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications; knowledge of serverless computing is a plus.
• Strong background in software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum; experience with version control systems like GitHub or SVN is required.
• Ability to develop secure web services using SOAP/REST protocols; experience with XML/XSLT transformations is advantageous.
• Skilled in debugging complex issues across distributed systems; adept at performance tuning and multithreading techniques for high concurrency environments.
• Knowledge of application deployment on IIS or Linux-based servers; experience with CI/CD pipelines enhances operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities; capable of translating technical concepts into clear documentation using UML diagrams or similar tools.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Python or Ruby on Rails can be beneficial for cross-functional collaboration.
