What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for the Applied Equipment business, managing analytics requests and backlog
• Product-manage existing and new Applied analytics assets to ensure accuracy and relevancy
• Translate business questions and strategic initiatives into clear analytics requirements and prioritized deliverables
• Support sales, strategy, and operations with analysis such as performance tracking and KPI reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into Applied performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or product-adjacent analytics roles
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, particularly in presenting to business and leadership audiences
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or operational data sources
• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and backlog management
• Prior experience in a Product Owner, Analytics Product Owner, or hybrid Product Owner/Data Analyst role
• Experience contributing to KPI governance and metric standardization
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar analytics tools
