- *What You'll Be Doing**
We're looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Virtual Assistant to help keep our sales pipeline healthy and moving. Your job is simple: make sure our deals don't get stuck. This is NOT cold calling. Every person you'll reach out to has already expressed interest in Inspectform. Your role is to follow up, nurture, and book meetings — using pre-written scripts and templates we've already built for you. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Following up with warm contacts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Booking and confirming meetings with prospective clients
- Monitoring how long deals have been sitting in each pipeline stage
- Flagging stalled deals and keeping things moving
- Logging activity and keeping CRM records up to date
- *What We're Looking For**
• Based in the United States
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
- Positive, upbeat energy — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with email, phone outreach, and LinkedIn
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus (we use Apollo)
- Prior VA, sales support, or customer success experience preferred
