Sales Representative(Bilingual)

Company Overview: Our office, showroom, and warehouse are located in Irvine, California. We have established partnerships with seven sales rep groups and are looking for a Bilingual Sales Associate to assist overseeing our sales rep system, participate in local trade shows, and manage direct sales customers. This role will be responsible for organizing daily sales reports and ensuring sales targets and results are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct sales, wholesale sales to small toy retailers across the U.S.
• Work closely with and oversee sales rep groups.
• Handle the full sales process, including order management, payment collection, shipping, and after-sales support.
• Develop and manage online B2B sales channels, such as Faire, Marketime or other platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving client issues.
• Visit customers to help optimize in-store displays, increase sales, and drive reorders.
• Support and manage sales rep groups by providing regular training, showroom samples, and catalog updates.

Requirements:

• Speak both English and Mandarin.
• More than 1 year working experience in B2B sales position.
• Familiarity with B2B sales platforms like Faire or MarketTime.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be based in Dallas or Atlanta.

任职资格：

• 熟悉Faire，MarketTime等B2B销售平台优先考虑；
• 良好的沟通和客户服务能力；
• 需base Dallas或Atlanta，在家办公，需频繁美国境内出差;
• 可以提供Sponsor。
