What would you do as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at CIC Group, Inc., you will take charge of full-cycle recruitment for diverse professional and technical roles, particularly those challenging to fill. Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements and crafting tailored sourcing strategies. Your proactive engagement with candidates through job boards, social media, and networking ensures a robust talent pool. You will conduct screening interviews, coordinate assessments, and guarantee a seamless interview experience while meticulously maintaining ATS documentation. Additionally, you will analyze recruiting metrics and share valuable labor market insights with leadership, building strong talent pipelines to address future hiring needs. This role also offers opportunities to attend career fairs, cultivate university partnerships, and enhance talent acquisition programs, making it a pivotal position in our high-performance culture. Requirements for this Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner job Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities, allowing them to effectively support hiring managers and senior leaders. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in the construction industry Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law High‑level sourcing skills including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Proficiency with ATS platforms and HRIS systems Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stay highly organized Experience supporting hiring managers and senior leaders Ability to analyze metrics and use data to guide recruiting decisions Connect with our team today!
