A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Training Documentation Coordinator (REMOTE). The Training Documentation Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. If you are interested in this Training Documentation Coordinator position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at or Training Documentation Coordinator Compensation The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Training Documentation Coordinator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may include occasional late days based on project needs) Training Documentation Coordinator Responsibilities Develop, restructure, document, and organize training programs for new hires and existing employees Create training presentations, tests, study guides, and reference materials Calibrate newly created presentations with training staff or subject matter experts prior to rollout Update existing training materials to reflect program changes and improvements Maintain training calendars and coordinate session scheduling Prepare agendas and organize materials for internal and external training sessions Maintain assessment scores and reporting metrics supporting training performance Contact attendees and coordinate participation logistics Assist with audiovisual setup and co-facilitate training sessions as needed Schedule training facilities and coordinate physical room setup when applicable Support additional training department administrative tasks as assigned Training Documentation Coordinator Requirements 2-5 years of related administrative or direct training documentation experience Experience supporting training programs, documentation, or learning operations Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage schedules, materials, and reporting metrics High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Training Documentation Coordinator Preferred Qualifications Experience creating training presentations and study materials Experience supporting learning and development teams Experience maintaining reporting metrics or assessment tracking Experience coordinating internal training sessions or seminars If you think this Training Documentation Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
