The Product Sales Specialist – Hematology & Urinalysis is responsible for for driving sales growth, market development, and clinical adoption of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Hematology and Urinalysis solutions within the assigned territory. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to deliver customer value and achieve commercial objectives.. This position reports to the Clinical Diagnostic Manager and is part of the Solution Design Team and working remotely to cover the Central Italy territory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide advanced technical and scientific support to the Sales force on Hematology and Urinalysis solutions, supporting customers and effectively addressing objections. Contribute to profitable sales growth within the local market for the assigned customer portfolio, in partnership with the Sales team. Perform field demonstrations of Beckman Coulter instruments and reagents at customer sites and/or at Beckman Coulter premises, promoting system value and awareness. Plan and conduct customer meetings to address complex technical topics and support the definition and finalization of solutions for public tenders and bids. Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Conduct follow‑up visits to customers to verify installation status, support system adoption, and reinforce customer loyalty. Ensure the commercial effectiveness of customer visits by sharing all relevant information with the Sales team and contributing market and competitive insights. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, or a related scientific discipline. Multiple years of experience as an Application Specialist, Product Sales Specialist, or Medical Laboratory Technician in public or private hospital laboratories. Solid knowledge of Hematology; experience with Beckman Coulter Hematology instrumentation is considered a strong plus. Proficiency with standard IT tools and personal computers. Fluent Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 80–90% of the time within the Central Italy territory /Italy. Valid driver’s license. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience supporting public tenders and complex sales processes. Experience delivering technical or scientific training to Sales teams Lo Specialista Prodotto Vendite – Ematologia e Analisi Urine è responsabile della crescita delle vendite, dello sviluppo del mercato e dell’adozione clinica delle soluzioni di Ematologia e Analisi Urine in Beckman Coulter nel territorio assegnato. Il ruolo lavora a stretto contatto con i team di Vendite, Marketing e Assistenza Tecnica per offrire valore ai clienti e raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali. Questa posizione riporta al Clinical Diagnostic Manager ed è parte del Solution Design Team. Il lavoro è svolto da remoto e copre il territorio del Centro Italia. In questo ruolo avrai l’opportunità di: Fornire supporto tecnico e scientifico avanzato alla forza vendita per le soluzioni di Ematologia e Analisi Urine, supportando i clienti e gestendo le obiezioni. Contribuire alla crescita delle vendite nel mercato locale per i clienti assegnati, in collaborazione con il team Sales. Eseguire dimostrazioni degli strumenti e reagenti Beckman Coulter presso i clienti e/o presso la sede di Beckman Coulter. Pianificare e condurre incontri con i clienti per affrontare temi tecnici complessi e supportare gare pubbliche e bandi. Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide e durature con i clienti, diventando un consulente di fiducia. Effettuare visite di follow-up per verificare lo stato delle installazioni, supportare l’utilizzo dei sistemi e aumentare la fidelizzazione. Condividere informazioni utili con il team Sales e fornire informazioni di mercato e sulla concorrenza. Requisiti essenziali: Laurea in Biologia, Biotecnologie, Tecniche di Laboratorio Biomedico o disciplina scientifica simile. Diversi anni di esperienza come Application Specialist, Product Sales Specialist o Tecnico di Laboratorio in strutture pubbliche o private. Buona conoscenza dell’Ematologia; esperienza con strumenti Beckman Coulter è un requisito preferenziale. Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e PC. Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (livello B2 o superiore). Viaggi e requisiti: Disponibilità a viaggiare fino all’80–90% del tempo nel territorio del Centro Italia/Italia. Patente di guida valida. Costituisce un plus: Esperienza nel supporto a gare pubbliche e processi di vendita complessi. Esperienza nella formazione tecnica o scientifica dei team di vendita.
