O que você fará Avalara is looking for a Partner Marketing Programs Manager to join our Partner Marketing team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Partner Experience to develop, execute, manage, measure, and optimize marketing programs that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across our partner ecosystem. *

* Quais serão as suas responsabilidades Program Execution & Administration: Drive execution of the scale programs portfolio strategy, including day-to-day management of partner lead generation programs, program enrollment, workflows, and systems (Salesforce, Workfront, Jira), ensuring efficient and scalable execution Needs Assessment: Use data and research to understand current co-marketing tactics and identify opportunities to develop programs aligned to Avalara’s partner types and engagement models Demand Generation: Identify and develop programs that help partners attract new prospects and move them through the marketing funnel Innovation: Stay current on marketing trends and introduce new engagement tactics to drive partner growth Iterative Optimization: Continuously evaluate program performance using data, analytics, and partner feedback to improve results Results Orientation: Execute with focus and accountability to achieve defined business outcomes Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing teams to execute and scale new programs Ownership: Lead the development of scalable programs that enable partner marketers to drive impact Process Development: Document and refine processes to ensure programs are easy to understand, adopt, and execute with partners Program Communication & Enablement: Communicate program updates, support new program rollouts, and drive adoption through training and change management for Partner Marketing and Partner Management teams MDF Program Management: Review and process Market Development Funds (MDF) requests and claims to ensure compliance with program guidelines O que precisa possuir para ser bem sucedido Based in Brazil, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across U.S. time zones Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study. 6–8 years of relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing. Experience running campaigns and collaborating across sales and alliances. Advanced experience in Salesforce. Advanced experience in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software (Salesforce, Zift or similar). Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Motivated, self-starter. Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, positive demeanor and a “can do” attitude.
